INSPECTION:
Bylaws:  Photo Inspection

For sheep with one or both parents not registered or recorded within a division of the United Horned Hair
Sheep Association, Inc., or another UHHSA, Inc., recognized registry, an Inspection Process is required.

All required payments and documentation are to be sent to:
UHHSA, Inc.
Open Registry Inspection Committee
10416 FM 1511
Buffalo, TX 75831

The Inspectors will carefully examine the photographs and documentation to ensure that Registration
Requirements for the breed specified are met.  The inspectors may not decline application on the
presence of Traits Discriminated Against.  However, if there are an excessive number of Traits
Discriminated Against present on the animal, Inspectors may decline application. The inspectors may
request additional information or photos from the applicant.  Such requests should be made in a timely
and professional manner.

If a majority of the Inspectors declines the application, an automatic, immediate appeal to the remaining
Board of Directors and Officers which are not serving as Inspectors is made on behalf of the applicant.
The Inspector identified to be the contact person, will alert the President and the Secretary and the Board
of Directors and turn over all information as requested in regards to the application.

The Officers and Board of Director members who are not serving as Inspectors will look over the
materials and vote.  A 60% majority of the Officers and Directors NOT serving as Inspectors can override
the Inspection process to permit a sheep to be registered.  The Officers and Directors will need to state
their reasons for overriding the inspection process.

If final decision is to allow the sheep to be registered, the Contact Inspector will immediately notify the
applicant and will submit all of the information the applicant submitted, including the check to the
Registrar at UHHSA, Inc., accuRegister, 1039 State Route 168, Darlington, PA 16115.

If final decision, even after the appeal, is to decline the application, the Contact Inspector will immediately
notify the applicant and will provide information as to the reason(s) why the application is declined.  The
Contact Inspector will also notate that the appeals process upheld the initial decision of the Inspectors.
The application and all other documentation and photographs will be returned to the applicant.  The
Registration Fees will be returned to the applicant.

The Inspection Process should always occur in a very timely manner.

About the Inspectors from the ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION: A Team of inspectors, an odd number is
required with 3 being the minimum number. Their term shall be one year. This team may be made up of
Officers holding other positions, including the Registrar (unless Registrar has been outsourced) or the
Board of Directors. Each United Horned Hair Sheep Association, Inc. Officer or Board of Directors would
only have one vote, however. The inspector(s) shall have the final say about permitting sheep with
unknown background to enter the registry. However, appeals may be made to the remaining Board of
Directors and the Officers which are not serving as Inspectors. A 60%majority of the remaining Directors
and Officers voting to allow a sheep, can override the Inspection process. The officers and directors will
need to state their reasons for overriding the inspection process.  The Inspectors need to have regular
and secure access to email and internet in order to fulfill duties.
