ewes

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - for use when Registering and Transferring
at the same time. To Transfer Ownership at other times, simply
complete the Transfer area on the back of the Certificate of Registry
and remit with the appropriate fee

ONLINE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - for use when Registering and
Transferring at the same time - ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To Transfer

TAG REPLACEMENT - for use when an identification tag with a number
was listed on the Certificate of Registration and has been lost and a
new tag is being used

RAM LEASE FORM - for use when you have leased a ram. The person
who leased the ram to you should complete and sign one of these
forms. This way, you are able to register the offspring with your flock
prefix and correct pedigree

CHANGE OF COLOR - for use when reporting a permanent change of
color on a registered sheep (generally Painted Desert Sheep Only)

HORN UPDATE - for use when desiring to update the horn information
on a registered sheep

SALE WITHOUT PAPERS - for use when selling registered sheep without
papers and wishing to inform the Registry so you can be removed as
owner

NOTICE OF DEATH - for use when a registered or recorded sheep dies

WORK ORDER - a helpful optional form for use when submitting several
items in one packet
